Barry and Heather came to the Elk Valley 35 years ago looking for some untouched land. Barry worked at the mines for several years and took an early retirement. At that time they started to travel and explore always to come home to appreciate the unspoiled and wilderness of Elkvalley and surrounding areas. Barry and Heather love to meet new people and Heather has a flare for cooking so what better way to fill that passion than a Bed and Breakfast

Heather enjoys being creative with gourmet cooking. Menu ranges from hardy to a lighter fare. Breakfast choices include homemade muffins, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, tea, and energy bars.

We use free-range eggs and the freshest local ingredients.

Even though we have two resident poodles we do not allow pets in the Bed and Breakfast in consideration of others.
